Wow! Lovely colors! Everything goes together fluently. I agree with Rai, I love the highlights. The glossy lips are an excellent touch and the hairstyle is very punk.
I don't know any other way of improving it, other than recommending to add a think black outline around the girl? But either way is very cool, keep it up. ^^
