I was looking through my files, and I found this! xD I thought, oh so shiny. I have to put it up. It's too pretty to be ignored. I don't remember making it though :3

This is incredibly amazing! I wish i knew how to do those cool effects =( If you can, can you make a tutorial on how you make those swirly effects in your eye ball? And the shimmery things and all that =P what type of photo editing program do you use? I use GIMP, but i also have photoshop CS4 which i never use.
